There’s a lot of equipment on your property that connect our network to your home. It’s at this point of connection that our network ends and your privately owned electrical equipment begins.
If we find an issue or some damage with this equipment, we’ll let you know, in some cases we may even be obliged to temporarily disconnect you from the network to ensure the safety of the community and your property.
Simply call a qualified electrical contractor and show them the notice you received, and they’ll be able to help find a solution. The responsibility to source and pay for the electrician is with the property owner. If you are renting, this responsibility sits with your landlord and they should be notified immediately so that appropriate actions can be taken to remedy the issue.
