The Organisation
Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network that connects our 2.3 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources, delivering an essential service to our community.
The Scope
Western Power is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the provision of aerial assessment and audit services. The services enable Western Power to ensure that any vendor providing aerial services to Western Power complies with both aviation and safety, health and environment legislation and obligations.
Services required under the project include:
• Desktop pre-engagement evaluation report
• Operational readiness audit
• Monthly (or as required) site inspections and reporting
• Biennial operational and technical safety audit
• Investigation services
• Legislation and operational change consequence reporting
• Adhoc support services.
Registration Requirements
Suppliers will be required to provide the following for the ROI submission:
• Demonstration of track record and capability in delivering aerial assessments and audit services in relation to the high-level Scope requirements stated above
• References from at least three customers who have been offered similar services
• Safety, Health & Environment information.
