The Organisation
Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network that connects our 2.3 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources, delivering an essential service to our community.
The Scope
Western Power is committed to maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of its assets across the South-West Interconnected Network (SWIN). We invite registrations of interest from qualified and experienced organizations for the provision of graffiti removal services.
Scope of Services:
• Graffiti Removal: Efficient removal of graffiti from surfaces including walls, poles, and equipment.
• Surface Protection: Application of anti-graffiti coatings to safeguard surfaces and simplify future removal processes.
• Reporting: Comprehensive incident reporting, detailing actions taken and preventative measures.
• Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
We seek vendors who demonstrate expertise in these areas and a proven track record of effective service delivery.
Registration Requirements
Suppliers are required to respond to the following for the ROI submission:
• Demonstrate track record and capability in delivering Graffiti Removal Services in relation to the high-level Scope requirements stated above.
• Reference from at least three customers who have been offered similar services.
• Safety, Health & Environment information to be requested as part of this exercise.
