By diligently tracking and monitoring our progress, we working to ensure we’re accurately addressing the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and delivering on our RAP.
The relationships, respect and opportunities we’ve created, will be reported both internally and externally.
We officially launched our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan 2022 to 2023 in June 2022. The Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group will meet four times a year with the support of executive sponsors, senior leaders, and the Engagement Network Group 'Walking Together' to drive and monitor the RAP.
We will participate in the biennial Reconciliation Australia Workplace RAP barometer which will build accountability and transparency through reporting RAP achievements, challenges and learnings both internally and externally.
