Customer Insight & Analytics Team Leader – Permanent Full Time / Perth CBD

 

We have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Insights Team Leader – join us and drive our customer understanding and help shape business strategies through data-driven insights.

 

In this role, you will lead a team of analysts, ensuring they deliver high-quality customer insights while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team will be just as critical as our expertise in survey methodologies, data analysis, and business storytelling.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer insights analysts, fostering a high-performance team.
  • Champion customer-centric decision making across all levels of organisation.
  • Design, implement, and manage customer feedback programs, including NPS, corporate reputation and other survey methodologies.
  • Leverage technology and automation to optmise survey processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage relationship with third-party research agencies and survey platforms.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations in survey execution.
  • Act as strategic advisors to marketing, customer experience, customer service teams, translating data into actionable business recommendations
  • Provide insights to senior leadership, influencing decision-making with data-driven storytelling

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

 

  • 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in survey design, research methodologies, and data interpretation.
  • Strong experience in vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
  • Ability to define and implement OKRs to measure customer engagement and experience.
  • Proficient in survey platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and drive action across departments.
