In order for us to process your application, there is an application fee of $250 + GST. An invoice for this amount will be issued to you once we receive your application form.
Additional costs will apply if you elect to proceed with the Technical Services outlined in your application response letter.
Technical Services are completed on a cost recovery basis, and are to be paid up front.
A consultant will contact you within two business days following receipt of your application.
Timeframes for Technical Services can vary depending on the complexity of the work. Requests for working within the danger zone will take a minimum of 40 business days for approval. Please ensure that you plan your works accordingly.
Additional information may be required following review of the application.
Security of the electricity network takes precedence over any other arrangements, and scheduled works may be cancelled at any time.
Western Power will not accept any claims for damages or losses incurred due to cancellation of any works or early recall of an isolated line.
