Inline with our sustainable procurement principles we seek to work with suppliers who contribute to sustainable development are economically, environmentally and socially responsible. Our Supplier Code of Conduct details expectations of our suppliers and their supply chains in providing goods and services to our organisation and the broader Western Australian community.
We invite prospective suppliers to 'register your interest' by providing key information to help us understand your business and the types of materials, goods and/or services you offer. Submission of a completed supplier registration does not confirm approval or pre-qualification status on any supplier or guarantee you the opportunity to formally quote for work. The award of any business by Western Power will follow an established procurement process in line with Western Power approved policies, standards and guidelines.
We only engage with suppliers that meet the minimum accreditation requirements that include the following areas:
Our accreditation process requires suppliers to be transparent about their business and to actively engage in our policies and processes.
To register your interest in becoming a supplier to Western Power please complete our supplier registration form ensuring all mandatory fields have been completed prior to submitting your details.
Once completed your request will be sent to the appropriate procurement representative for consideration. You may then be invited to provide further details.
Prior to completing the supplier request, we recommend you read the user guides available on this page.
Information received will be treated in confidence but may be disclosed to any part of Western Power as part of the accreditation process.
If you require further information to complete the form please contact our Procurement team.
We take very seriously our obligations to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains. If you’d like to report to us any concerns or suspected wrongdoing in this area, please get in touch through our contact us page or call our independent and confidential hotline 1300 304 550 (Stopline).
