Once a year Western Power is legally obliged to obtain a reading from every meter in the Western Power network.
The metering team attempt to make contact with the customer (note this can be done via SMS, email or letter); where this does not occur a letter is sent out requesting their assistance by means of the following 2 options:
The customer will receive an auto-acknowledgement of the email being received.
