How much will a single residential connection cost for a standard supply?

Your property is on the same side of the road as the point of connection to the electricity network

Your property is on the opposite side of the road to the point of connection to the electricity network

$9,000 - $15,000

The overhead electricity network needs to be extended (up to 200m) and a pole top transformer installed

 * The above cost ranges apply only where there is a reticulated low voltage electricity network in the street that has sufficient capacity to support an additional connection. For circumstances outside of this you are encouraged to seek advice from Western Power or the professional services of an electrical consultant or contractor.
