Customer design and construct

If you're designing a large development (subdivision and/or streetlighting) the following process will help you create your design.

Process

The customer design and construct form can used for the following:

  • to request a Design Information Package (DIP).
  • submission of design package for Design Conformance Review (DCR).
  • submission of Revision While Under Construction (RWUC) design package for DCR.
  • submission of As-Constructed design package.

Only a complete application/submission will be accepted. Successful applications will be notified.

You want us to audit that your design conforms with our requirements
