Western Power has engaged eProcurement specialists Ariba to support the implementation of a new 'procure to pay' system. The main driver behind this change is our enthusiasm to transact and collaborate virtually and instantly, with far greater accuracy and visibility with our supplier base.
Western Power is committed to maintaining the highest standards in managing its procurement processes. In order to meet this commitment Western Power has made significant strides with vendors to establish online eProcurement throughout our tending process.
We will build on this and introduce an online supplier network which will manage the procurement of goods and services through to payment.
Western Power is keen to engage all suppliers from now until the new system's launch to discuss the mutual benefits this system can provide.
