ASX Principles compliance checklist
Although it is not a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and as such is not subject to the ASX Listing Rules, Western Power has voluntarily chosen to comply with the standards recommended by the ASX Corporate Governance Council in the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (second edition, August 2007) (ASX Principles), where appropriate and relevant in Western Power’s circumstances.
The table below provides a link to the compliance checklists resulting from Western Power's annual review of its compliance with the ASX Principles. They also explain the reasons for any departures.
Please note that the ASX compliance checklists cross-reference to various sections of the corporate governance disclosure report contained in Western Power's annual reports. Where they are available, a link is also provided to the respective annual report.
